Key Responsibilities

•Own fleet reliability engineering, including availability target setting and measurement.
•Run root cause analysis on worst incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed across every site.
•Build the failure data pipeline connecting incident history to engineering priorities for both facility and hardware.
•Set reliability-centered, condition-based maintenance strategy aligned to failure data.
•Close the gap on availability by continuously defining standards and executing reliability improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 398,000 - 557,000 annually

•Own reliability for critical infrastructure and improve measured availability, not just report it.
•Lead root cause analyses that identify the real cause of incidents.
•Use failure-data methods fluently, including Weibull, Pareto, and FMEA.

•Bonus experience: data center or power generation reliability, liquid cooling systems, CMMS analytics, and/or CRE or CMRP certification.
