Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems, including troubleshooting and diagnosis to minimize downtime.
  • •Assemble, install, and configure systems and equipment according to site assessments and schematics, including programming/optimization during installation.
  • •Perform routine maintenance and analysis tasks such as hardware configurations and adding/removing/replacing components.
  • •Provide on-site end-user training and customer-facing support for system operation and limited troubleshooting.
  • •Travel to customer sites to test, field, and support designated systems/services and partner with developers/engineers to reduce recurring incidents.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Secret clearance required.
  • •DoD 8140 Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise hardware platforms and common networking technologies.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering documentation (technical drawings, wiring diagrams, installation procedures) and travel more than 50%.
