Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers, and service/field support to improve reliability across the product lifecycle.
  • •Maintain Quality Management System compliance and sustainability to the AS9100 certification.
  • •Develop and improve quality KPIs and use data-driven methods to evaluate, prioritize, and track product quality and reliability across suppliers, manufacturing, and field.
  • •Lead investigations and projects to find root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions internally and with suppliers.
  • •Support and improve internal tracking tools and quality programs, including supplier incoming inspection, manufacturing in-process issues, and MRB activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience working with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware/software systems.
  • •5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device environments.
  • •Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 regulated environment.
  • •Working knowledge of quality core tools including FMEA, RCCA/8D, Change Management, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T.
