Job Summary

Own quality engineering for manufacturing and product lifecycle reliability by driving inspections, data analysis, and quality management system compliance (AS9100). Develop KPIs and data-driven methods to evaluate and track quality across suppliers, manufacturing, and field support. Lead root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions, support supplier inspections and MRB activities, and partner cross-functionally to ensure incoming material inspection, process control plans, and end-of-line tests meet shipment requirements.

•Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers, and service/field support to improve reliability across the product lifecycle.
•Maintain Quality Management System compliance and sustainability to the AS9100 certification.
•Develop and improve quality KPIs and use data-driven methods to evaluate, prioritize, and track product quality and reliability across suppliers, manufacturing, and field.
•Lead investigations and projects to find root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions internally and with suppliers.
•Support and improve internal tracking tools and quality programs, including supplier incoming inspection, manufacturing in-process issues, and MRB activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
•5+ years of relevant experience working with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware/software systems.
•5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device environments.
•Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 regulated environment.
•Working knowledge of quality core tools including FMEA, RCCA/8D, Change Management, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T.
