Job Summary

Drive the development of the BioNeMo platform’s bio-AI inference strategy, including NVIDIA Inference Microservices (NIMs) and blueprints. Act as a liaison between the Digital Biology ecosystem and NVIDIA’s horizontal product teams to shape roadmaps and feature priorities. Own requirements and communicate product vision and progress to collaborators and senior management, partnering with sales and marketing on go-to-market while using customer feedback and performance data to continuously improve.

•Develop and execute an end-to-end bio-AI inference strategy for the BioNeMo platform, including NVIDIA Inference Microservices (NIMs) and blueprints.
•Serve as a liaison between the Digital Biology ecosystem and NVIDIA, communicating priorities to horizontal product teams and influencing roadmaps.
•Define and prioritize product features and requirements, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
•Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to collaborators and senior management with regular updates and reporting.
•Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy, and use customer/user feedback and product performance data to drive continuous improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,000 - 224,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Deep Learning, and large-scale AI deployment.
•Deep technical foundation across software development, machine learning, and bioinformatics.
•Experience in product management, including launching and managing technical products and building roadmaps.
•Knowledge of the life sciences industry, including bioinformatics, genomics, and drug discovery, plus strong communication and leadership skills.
