Job Summary

Coordinate and manage large-scale mixed-method research and evaluation programmes (typically £500k+), ensuring delivery to time, scope, and budget. Handle financial management, proposal delivery and bid support, and uphold quality and compliance processes including MRS, ISOs, and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate large-scale research and evaluation programmes to time and budget, across the full project lifecycle using tools such as RAID logs and Gantt charts.
•Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, manage expectations, and keep projects within scope.
•Create and manage project plans, run project set-up, schedule meetings, allocate resources, and coordinate teams and partners; oversee fieldwork and sampling strategies.
•Provide financial management for projects, including monitoring time and cost spend vs budget, managing scope, and sourcing supplier quotations.
•Support business development by managing proposal delivery, contributing to PM sections, and driving repeat business; ensure quality and compliance with MRS, ISOs, and GDPR.
