Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute ISV product strategy aligned to business growth objectives, including a multi-year embedded finance roadmap.
  • •Design and manage embedded payments and money movement products (merchant acquiring, ACH origination/receipt, real-time payments, wires, virtual accounts, treasury services, payouts/disbursements, and funding/settlement).
  • •Serve as business owner for strategic ISV partnerships, driving integration discussions, standards, and go-to-market planning.
  • •Drive end-to-end program delivery: backlog management, sprint readiness, release planning, milestone/risk/blocker tracking, and cross-functional operating rhythms.
  • •Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, BSA/AML, and Operational Risk teams to ensure regulatory compliance (including onboarding controls, KYC, OFAC, AML, and fraud monitoring).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in Product Management, Payments, Banking, Fintech, or related experience.
  • •7+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, treasury management, embedded finance, or banking products.
  • •7+ years experience with card processing, ACH, settlement and funding, merchant onboarding, PayFacs, embedded finance ecosystems, and API-driven platforms.
  • •7+ years experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
