•Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile gaming and entertainment customers, defining and executing strategic success plans across the full lifecycle.
•Develop deep knowledge of customer projects and tech stacks to advise on Unity products and services, including designing technical solutions and accelerating project success.
•Lead cross-functional internal account teams (sales, engineering, product) to ensure cohesive customer experience and escalate/drive resolution of urgent issues.
•Monitor customer feedback and sentiment, surface insights to influence Unity’s product roadmap, and champion findings through Voice of the Customer reports.
•Travel domestically and internationally up to 20–30% for customer engagements.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with Unity tools (Graphics, Asset Bundles, Addressables, Profiling) or equivalent real-time engine tooling, plus familiarity with AI workflows and Generative AI for game development.
