Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead service delivery for the national network and enterprise business products and services, managing technicians across inside plant and outside plant.
  • •Oversee ongoing management of the fiber optic plant and attached network elements, including installation, operations, and maintenance in company and customer facilities.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to test, activate, insert, and utilize network elements across related organizations (e.g., NOC, Sales, Sales Engineering, contractors).
  • •Ensure daily routines and metric goals are met for provisioning, preventative maintenance, mark-and-locate tickets, and change management.
  • •Manage employees, contractors, and vendors for timely project delivery; analyze performance data and establish objectives, training needs, and coaching plans.
