Job Summary

Provide best-in-class customer service and operational support for Treasury Management products and services. Support customers and internal teams across online banking and eBanking while processing and managing transaction workflows such as wires, ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and account reconciliation. Perform customer setups, maintain records, resolve issues within authority, and assist with audits and RFP responses using established bank processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide professional, technical, and general support to customers and bank personnel for Treasury Management products and services.
•Process and manage transactions including wires, ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, account reconciliation, lockbox, third-party depository services, merchant card services, and account analysis.
•Perform customer setups, prepare and maintain customer files/contracts, and track sales records and product usage.
•Resolve problems within assigned authority and follow established policies and procedures.
•Coordinate support for audits/examinations and assist with written responses to requests for proposals.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of related work experience or training with a credit or loan processing background; prior banking experience required.
•Knowledge of and adherence to state and federal banking compliance regulations (including Regulation Z, Regulation B, FHA, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, BSA/USA PATRIOT Act, AML, CIP, RFPA, and CRA).
•Basic knowledge of related banking compliance regulations, bank operational policies and procedures, and the bank’s products and services.
•Intermediate skills in computer terminal/personal computer operation and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
