Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for cross-border moves across geographies and different employment types, including assignment calculations, offers, and assignment contracts for international move types.
  • •Conduct detailed walkthroughs of terms and conditions for international assignees; explain assignment policies and processes with leadership alignment.
  • •Initiate timely services from 3rd-party vendors across immigration, tax, and relocation; liaise daily to ensure compliance and a strong employee experience.
  • •Maintain records in HR and vendor systems; manage the end-to-end invoice cycle, including reviewing, approving, raising POs, cost allocation, and approving payments.
  • •Monitor compliance risks for international employee movement (e.g., tracking visa expiry dates, social security coverage, tax return completion) and run regular mobility reporting to key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of Mobility Case Management experience.
  • •A relevant Masters degree or equivalent qualification.
  • •Proven ability to learn quickly and apply a methodical, solution-oriented approach to new circumstances.
  • •Ability to handle multiple cases across sectors and countries, prioritizing what is urgent.
