  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets
  • •Fulfill orders in a warehouse environment and maintain inventory while ensuring accuracy and quality
  • •Lead Operations Associates through shifts and serve as the escalation point for daily operations
  • •Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and model professional, respectful interactions with team members and customers
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience and help optimize operations
