Key Responsibilities

•Build a thriving pod culture by creating an inclusive, positive, and safe environment where students enjoy learning and socializing.
•Facilitate daily enrichment activities and encourage student voice and collaboration.
•Support students in developing essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
•Guide academic growth by understanding each student’s program, strengths, and needs, and providing on-demand help.
•Partner with families as the primary point of contact and share weekly progress updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•At least 4 years of teaching experience.
•Experience working with students with neurodiversities.
•Experience working with young people (e.g., coaching) is prioritized.
•Ability to build strong relationships with families and students; proactive communication.
