Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a thriving pod culture by creating an inclusive, positive, and safe environment where students enjoy learning and socializing.
  • •Facilitate daily enrichment activities and encourage student voice and collaboration.
  • •Support students in developing essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
  • •Guide academic growth by understanding each student’s program, strengths, and needs, and providing on-demand help.
  • •Partner with families as the primary point of contact and share weekly progress updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •At least 4 years of teaching experience.
  • •Experience working with students with neurodiversities.
  • •Experience working with young people (e.g., coaching) is prioritized.
  • •Ability to build strong relationships with families and students; proactive communication.
