Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and execute test plans for new product development and sustaining engineering activities.
  • •Lead product validation and verification using off-the-shelf equipment and custom test rigs to keep schedules on track.
  • •Manage ODM/OEM and external labs to complete tests using their resources.
  • •Develop and automate custom test rigs/fixtures to interact with exercise equipment.
  • •Standardize test documentation, procedures, schematics, and software and supervise test data flow.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years relevant work experience of systematic product testing.
  • •Education and/or equivalent work experience in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - M.S. preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including Chinese, and English (Taiwanese preferred).
  • •3D Modeling (Solidworks). Ability to read/create mechanical drawings.
  • •National Instruments LabVIEW certification CLAD or practical automation project demonstrated.
