  • •Serve as SME on global immigration laws and manage full lifecycle of work permit, visa, and residency applications, coordinating with external counsel.
  • •Manage relationships with global mobility service providers and collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, and Payroll to ensure streamlined processes.
  • •Interpret and apply global mobility and immigration policies, providing guidance for various scenarios.
  • •Maintain data in mobility systems and HRIS; generate reports and analyze trends to measure program effectiveness.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service and empathetic support to employees and their families throughout mobility journey.

  • •Strong understanding of mobility principles including compensation methodologies, tax equalization/protection, and relocation logistics.
