•Serve as SME on global immigration laws and manage full lifecycle of work permit, visa, and residency applications, coordinating with external counsel.
•Manage relationships with global mobility service providers and collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, and Payroll to ensure streamlined processes.
•Interpret and apply global mobility and immigration policies, providing guidance for various scenarios.
•Maintain data in mobility systems and HRIS; generate reports and analyze trends to measure program effectiveness.
•Provide exceptional customer service and empathetic support to employees and their families throughout mobility journey.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,960 - 240,600 annually

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
•7-10 years of progressive global mobility experience with complex corporate immigration programs across multiple countries.
•In-depth knowledge of global immigration laws, processes, and visa types (e.g., H-1B, L-1, EAD, PR for US; intra-company transfers; skilled worker visas for other regions).
•Strong understanding of mobility principles including compensation methodologies, tax equalization/protection, and relocation logistics.
•Proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday, and other systems like GreenHouse and Jira.
