Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of risk assessment design initiatives, managing scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and outcomes.
  • •Design, document, and enhance risk assessment processes and methodologies to ensure practicality, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
  • •Apply project management methodologies and governance processes to establish delivery structures, reporting, decision-making, and accountability.
  • •Facilitate workshops to define requirements, assess current processes, identify gaps, and agree future-state approaches.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide reporting and recommendations to help projects progress from design through implementation and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated project management experience delivering complex business, risk, regulatory, or transformation initiatives within financial services.
  • •Business consulting experience structuring ambiguous problems and developing practical solutions with client stakeholders.
  • •Experience designing, improving, and implementing business processes and methodologies, ideally including risk assessment or risk management frameworks.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management processes and methodologies, including planning, governance, RAID management, dependencies, stakeholder management, and delivery reporting.
  • •Excellent facilitation and communication skills working across multidisciplinary teams to translate complex requirements into clear actions and deliverables.
