Partner with design teams to create test plans, program ATE/characterization, and correlate silicon results with bench data. Support failure analysis and yield improvements, optimize test time, and help release products to volume production while driving robust, cost-effective test strategies and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the design team to understand design specifications.
•Generate test plans and create test/characterization programs, including designing ATE hardware interface boards.
•Debug and characterize silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
•Analyze silicon results to support failure analysis and yield-fallout investigation, improving test time and yield.
•Collaborate with production to release products to volume production and implement test strategies for new products.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
•ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT).
•Data analysis skills using Spotfire, dataPower, or an equivalent tool based on STDF.
•Proficiency in programming/scripting in C++, Python, and C#.
•Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication.
