Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools using independent judgment.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts and help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Demonstrate extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Have superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Hold a high school diploma (trade school certificate preferred) and have experience in field service, maintenance, and repair (preferred).
  • •Be physically able to move/stand/stoop/bend freely and lift up to 50 pounds; pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
