Job Summary

Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise server hardware assets, ensuring accurate records in CMDB/asset systems such as ServiceNow. Drive end-to-end lifecycle governance (purchase planning through decommission), track EOL/EOS milestones, and coordinate secure deinstallation and disposal. Oversee OEM/third-party support contracts and SLAs, mitigate infrastructure risk, and provide financial planning and TCO transparency to support budgeting and refresh cycles.

Key Responsibilities

•Govern end-to-end server hardware lifecycle: purchase planning, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and decommission.
•Track EOL and End-of-Support milestones and maintain accurate asset records in CMDB/asset management systems such as ServiceNow.
•Oversee OEM and third-party maintenance support contracts, including warranty status, SLAs, renewals, co-terming, and support model decisions.
•Mitigate risk by ensuring critical production servers have appropriate support coverage and enabling contract-aware escalation paths.
•Forecast refresh cycles and maintenance renewals, provide TCO transparency, and support budgeting with CapEx vs. OpEx strategies.

Key Requirements

•Familiarity with ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and asset governance practices
•Strong understanding of enterprise server environments and infrastructure operations
•Experience with hardware lifecycle management and vendor support models
•Proven ability in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization
•Knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure dependencies
