Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage candidate applications, responses, and initial exchanges with TA members or hiring managers.

  • •Monitor the candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow-up in ATS.
  • •Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team.
