Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, design, develop, and/or test electronic components and systems for semiconductor and related device manufacturing.
  • •Oversee definition, design, verification, and/or documentation for ASIC development.
  • •Determine architecture design, logic design, and/or system simulation, including defining module interfaces/formats for simulation.
  • •Lead multidimensional design development and evaluate process flow from high-level designs through synthesis, place and route, and timing/power analysis.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional engineers on complex ASIC/layout design issues, applying engineering best practices to resolve problems and drive technically significant projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3 years of experience in the job offered or a closely related engineering role (or 5 years post-baccalaureate with a Bachelor’s).
  • •Experience with hardware verification, including chip verification design flows and methodologies.
  • •Experience with ASIC design activities such as synthesis, simulation, equivalence checking, and static timing analysis.
  • •Experience with Linux/Unix and ASIC/CPU validation using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL, plus C, C++, or Python.
