Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide practical, timely legal advice on employment issues, including terminations and complaints, and tailor work schedules to meet business needs.
  • •Advise on privacy-related matters and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • •Draft and review employment/privacy documentation, such as contracts, policies and notices.
  • •Conduct in-depth research on employment and privacy topics referencing case law and regulatory updates.
  • •Liaise with external advisors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and resolve legal issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical abilities and excellent written/verbal communication, English proficiency
