Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable MDM solutions across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android while balancing security, compliance, and user experience.
  • •Define and maintain MDM standards, policies, configuration profiles, application management, and compliance controls aligned with security and business requirements.
  • •Automate device management, compliance, reporting, remediation, and enforcement workflows using PowerShell, Bash, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • •Build reporting and analytics to monitor device health, compliance, application status, security posture, and fleet trends.
  • •Mentor and coach team members, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to cross-training and continuous improvement across the MDM Tribe.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep, hands-on and architectural experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro/Jamf Connect across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • •Strong understanding of endpoint architecture and related ecosystem including Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, EDR, Zscaler, and privilege management.
  • •Experience automating endpoint management, remediation, and operational workflows using PowerShell and Bash with Microsoft Graph API.
  • •Solid understanding of endpoint security principles including encryption, compliance, device security, identity-driven access, and security controls.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain complex technical topics to engineers and senior leadership.
