Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end across growth, operations, partnerships, product, and new business at a fast-scaling AI network connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma. Build analyses, operating systems, and decision frameworks that guide strategy and resource allocation, partner with cross-functional teams to launch new workflows and capabilities, and evaluate new products, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own high-priority initiatives from problem definition through execution across growth, operations, partnerships, product, and other business areas.
•Develop and scale critical functions as the company grows by improving performance, efficiency, and long-term outcomes.
•Build and maintain analyses, operating systems, and decision-making frameworks to guide strategy and resource allocation.
•Partner closely with engineering, product, and operations to design workflows, launch capabilities, and leverage AI to increase scale.
•Explore, evaluate, and execute on new opportunities including strategic partnerships, new products/services, and expansion into new markets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience on a team requiring analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g., startup growth, consulting, finance, or 0→1 initiatives).
•Technical background and/or experience working with complex data; at minimum, ability to learn SQL and low-code tools.
•Strong written and verbal communication for internal decision-making and external relationships.
•A track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and delivering on goals.
•High NPS with former teammates.
