Key Responsibilities

  • •Own high-priority initiatives from problem definition through execution across growth, operations, partnerships, product, and other business areas.
  • •Develop and scale critical functions as the company grows by improving performance, efficiency, and long-term outcomes.
  • •Build and maintain analyses, operating systems, and decision-making frameworks to guide strategy and resource allocation.
  • •Partner closely with engineering, product, and operations to design workflows, launch capabilities, and leverage AI to increase scale.
  • •Explore, evaluate, and execute on new opportunities including strategic partnerships, new products/services, and expansion into new markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience on a team requiring analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g., startup growth, consulting, finance, or 0→1 initiatives).
  • •Technical background and/or experience working with complex data; at minimum, ability to learn SQL and low-code tools.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication for internal decision-making and external relationships.
  • •A track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and delivering on goals.
