Lead and advance safety, environmental, and sustainability programs at the Elk River facility by fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reducing environmental impact. Partner across functions to drive continuous improvement, manage EHS training and audits, and lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis. Support sustainability initiatives and collaborate with operations, engineering, and site leadership to improve risk management and performance while engaging the site safety committee.
