Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide financial wellness recommendations during client conversations and deliver client solutions through referrals of investment and insurance products.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by developing internal and external centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial conversations.
  • •Open and service personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including assisting with Teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • •Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities.
