Key Responsibilities

•Provide financial wellness recommendations during client conversations and deliver client solutions through referrals of investment and insurance products.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by developing internal and external centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial conversations.
•Open and service personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including assisting with Teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) is required.
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Ability to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful.
•Working knowledge of PCs and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities.
