Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the ultra-low latency matching engine as a core member of the founding team
  • •Implement technology as a hw/sw co-design in Rust, collaborating across software and hardware interfaces
  • •Engage with the PAX λ API for on-chip exchange integrated HFT decision logic and market-event responses
  • •Participate in roadmap discussions from FPGA-based market access to ASIC design and go-to-market plans
  • •Collaborate with the team to optimize performance and reliability of the trading system

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must-have experience in Rust and/or C++ with a track record of building low-latency systems
  • •Experience or strong interest in high-frequency trading (HFT) and exchange infrastructure
  • •Protobuf proficiency or familiarity with protocol buffers for data exchange
  • •Curiosity and strong learning ability to work across hw/sw co-design
  • •Demonstrated passion for trading and markets
