Tooling and Machining Specialist

Support engineering with continuous improvements to machining and the production of custom fixtures and tools used throughout the plant. Lead 5S and standardization efforts in the machine shop, collaborate on training for new machinists, and help programmers and operators during machining prove-outs. Improve machining processes using measurable data, research and implement new tooling, create preventive maintenance schedules, and report monthly cost savings.
