Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a team of 50–70 software engineers and support recruiting for a 100+ person organization.
  • •Translate executive vision into execution strategy and sequence work to support strategic business and tech priorities.
  • •Drive design and delivery of high-quality software for critical business features, focusing on software delivery experience, cloud and risk engineering, and well-managed solutions.
  • •Provide technology thought leadership and raise the talent bar through recruiting, hiring, and mentoring.
  • •Lead efforts to deploy and shift-left well-managed activities in AWS environments using tooling and automation.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 15 years of experience in a technical role (data and software engineering).
  • •At least 5 years of executive technology leadership experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience driving architecture and engineering excellence at enterprise scale.
  • •Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
