Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually while using a digital-first mindset. Assess customer banking needs, collect and process account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to individual goals. Deliver an optimal client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
