Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate manufacturing engineering activities supporting production, new product launches, capacity expansions, and product transfers.
  • •Determine manufacturing methods, machine/line loading, tooling requirements, and production process flows to meet division objectives.
  • •Develop, implement, validate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
  • •Define equipment, tooling, fixtures, gauges, and automation requirements; justify and manage capital expenditures through acquisition, installation, qualification, and commissioning.
  • •Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma and operational excellence tools while supporting MESH/safety and quality compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering capacity.
  • •Knowledge of stamping processes, press operations, die/tooling design, troubleshooting, and tooling validation.
  • •Experience developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, including progressive and transfer dies and tooling qualification/try-outs.
  • •Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience, using structured problem-solving tools (8D, A3, 5 Whys, Pareto Analysis), plus capital project management.
