Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead transition projects end-to-end, from initiation through deployment, aligned to PMP, DMAIC, and Aon implementation methodologies.
  • •Ensure seamless transition to operational teams, meeting agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and business case objectives.
  • •Assess technical and financial feasibility of offshoring initiatives and recommend actions to support strategic optimization.
  • •Plan and deliver transition/implementation activities including resource planning, staffing, SLA development, performance metrics, quality planning, and infrastructure setup.
  • •Provide regular status updates and maintain transition documentation and MIS/reporting tools; act as first escalation point to resolve issues and conflicts.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
  • •Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt considered an asset).
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with senior leaders and managing expectations.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • •Flexibility to work adjusted hours based on business needs and experience in hybrid/remote/office environments.
