Key Responsibilities

  • •Support UK execution of GTM initiatives and strategic programmes of work, bringing clarity to key UK focus areas.
  • •Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure global product deliveries have a cohesive local go-to-market plan.
  • •Define and evolve the UK GTM operating model and drive operational excellence through AI-augmented ways of working.
  • •Maintain central GTM release calendars and roadmaps using Asana and Jira.
  • •Establish cross-functional alignment forums between global product groups and regional commercial teams, and streamline coordination, reporting, and communication with AI tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in GTM, operations, or project management, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in global organisations.
  • •Practical experience using project management and roadmapping tools such as Asana or Jira to coordinate complex programmes of work.
  • •Fluency with AI tools to accelerate reporting, automate workflows, and coach team members on modern ways of working.
  • •Ability to build trusted relationships across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • •Clear communication skills, including creating direction and making sound trade-off decisions in ambiguous environments.
