Key Responsibilities

•Support UK execution of GTM initiatives and strategic programmes of work, bringing clarity to key UK focus areas.
•Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure global product deliveries have a cohesive local go-to-market plan.
•Define and evolve the UK GTM operating model and drive operational excellence through AI-augmented ways of working.
•Maintain central GTM release calendars and roadmaps using Asana and Jira.
•Establish cross-functional alignment forums between global product groups and regional commercial teams, and streamline coordination, reporting, and communication with AI tools.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in GTM, operations, or project management, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in global organisations.
•Practical experience using project management and roadmapping tools such as Asana or Jira to coordinate complex programmes of work.
•Fluency with AI tools to accelerate reporting, automate workflows, and coach team members on modern ways of working.
•Ability to build trusted relationships across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
•Clear communication skills, including creating direction and making sound trade-off decisions in ambiguous environments.
