Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering or Architecture plus 8+ years of experience in large capital programs in an engineering/design management role for terminal renovation or improvement programs.
  • •Experience (typically 10+ years) in design management within large, complex programs.
  • •Specialized experience designing/overseeing technology systems such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Life Safety Systems, Power Monitoring Systems, Passenger Boarding Bridges, Automated People Movers, and related building technology infrastructure.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MicroStation, Civil 3D, and BIM software are an asset).
  • •Proven ability to lead comprehensive design reviews and coordinate stakeholders, including meetings and workshops, while supporting risk analysis, scheduling, and scope/cost estimation.
