Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and implement EHS programs aligned with global standards and local legal requirements.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and drive corrective actions to reduce hazards and improve safety performance.
  • •Develop and deliver training, monitor workforce competency, and ensure EHS communication with employees, management, and regulatory agencies.
  • •Monitor environmental performance, ensure compliance with sustainability and regulatory obligations, and support EHS Management System effectiveness including ISO14001/ISO45001 compliance, gap analysis, and reporting.
  • •Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills/exercises, and support scheduled waste management competency and EHS project follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Health & Safety, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Technical EHS/OSH role in multinational food manufacturing.
  • •Registered with DOSH as a competent Safety & Health Officer (valid Green book holder).
  • •In-depth knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) 2022 and strong EHS compliance knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001; lead auditor experience is advantageous, along with scheduled waste management competency.
