•Support the implementation, activation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising platforms.
•Translate business goals and marketing strategies into effective online campaigns aligned with agreed objectives.
•Monitor campaign performance and deliver analytical reporting and performance insights to strategy teams and clients.
•Manage and optimize a portfolio of clients across different investment tiers, balancing new launches with ongoing optimizations.
•Collaborate with strategy teams and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance through data-driven insights.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
•Relevant hands-on experience in digital marketing or online campaign management (may substitute for formal qualifications).
•Strong experience in digital/performance marketing with hands-on paid digital advertising.
•Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google DV360, or other paid social platforms.
•Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
