Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve hiring quality by monitoring recruitment funnels, evaluating candidate quality, and identifying gaps in sourcing and screening processes.
  • •Own and manage rider quality performance by ensuring high standards in hiring, onboarding, and operational readiness.
  • •Drive lead conversion performance by optimizing follow-ups, recruiter coordination, and applicant engagement throughout the hiring journey.
  • •Monitor and improve new rider retention by analyzing early lifecycle performance, onboarding effectiveness, and operational engagement.
  • •Track and optimize cost per hire (CPH) while ensuring recruitment targets are achieved efficiently and within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in operations, recruitment analytics, rider operations, quality management, or workforce management.
  • •Experience in logistics, mobility, delivery, or gig-economy operations is preferred.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data reporting tools for analysis and dashboard management.
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
