Job Summary

Provide expert employment and labor legal counsel for Intel across Ireland and Europe, supporting manufacturing and R&D operations and multi-jurisdictional workforce decisions. Serve as the primary advisor on Irish employment law, cross-border employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, redundancies, and restructuring. Manage employment-related disputes and help develop policies and deliver targeted employment law training, partnering closely with HR, Employee Relations, and senior leadership at the Leixlip site.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary employment law advisor for Intel Ireland, supporting manufacturing and R&D operations and ensuring workforce actions are legally compliant and defensible.
•Provide cross-border advisory on European employment and labor issues, including employee relations matters, reorganizations, works council and employee representative engagement, and EU-derived frameworks.
•Provide legal oversight for employee relations and investigations, including harassment, discrimination, whistleblowing, disciplinary actions, terminations, and grievance resolution in partnership with HR ER teams.
•Lead and advise on Ireland and Europe restructuring, including individual and collective redundancies, site reorganizations, and TUPE-type scenarios with consultation and notification compliance.
•Manage employment-related disputes (labor court claims, tribunal proceedings, mediations) and coordinate external counsel strategy execution; advise on employment policies and deliver employment law training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 73,600 - 142,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Law graduate with qualification to practice as a Solicitor in Ireland (Law Society of Ireland) or an Israeli qualified attorney or equivalent EU qualification.
•6–8+ years post-qualification experience with a strong focus on employment and labor law.
•Deep expertise in Irish employment law and employee relations.
•Proven experience managing investigations, disciplinary processes, and employment litigation.
•Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional workforce matters across Europe.
