Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and service copper and fiber optic structured cabling systems, including Category 3, Category 5, Cat5e, Category 6, and fiber optic cabling.
  • •Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cabling infrastructure systems.
  • •Perform upgrades and additions to existing cabling infrastructure.
  • •Install and remove cabinets, racks, and cable tray systems, and related communications infrastructure.
  • •Coordinate with operations teams, maintain documentation and records, manage equipment/supplies, and support emergency/after-hours service requests to meet SLAs.
