Sr. Field Performance Technician

Lead and manage warranty and service work scheduling for field performance and O&M activities, coordinating with electrical foremen, construction supervisors, branch management, and centralized scheduling. Support training and onboarding for field service and field communications technicians, run regular best-practice meetings, and consistently improve field performance KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatch completion. Assist with inspections and site audits as assigned, while delivering strong customer service.
