Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce RMU cabinet drawing designs and manage technical handoff.
  • •Independently perform order design and complete ETO designs for non-standard customer orders.
  • •Develop technical solutions according to customer requirements and lead technical communication.
  • •Analyze and resolve significant technical and quality issues in production and at customer sites.
  • •Collect feedback from customers, production, and after-sales teams and drive ongoing product improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical-related majors.
  • •3+ years of experience in the 12–40.5kV distribution industry with experience in ring main cabinet structure design.
  • •Ability to design technical solutions based on customer needs and handle technical communication.
  • •Strong selection skills for RMU switchgear equipment and components, plus problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • •Proficiency with CAD, 3D design software, and office tools; familiarity with end-to-end processes from scheme design to onsite installation and maintenance.
