Staff Data Scientist - Growth

Build the measurement and decision engine for patient growth by leading marketing incrementality and performance diagnosis. Own causal and incrementality measurement across channels, define trusted metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, conversion, retention, ROI), and develop forecasting and uplift/marketing mix models. Partner with Growth Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to improve instrumentation, ensure data quality, and establish scalable experimentation and learning loops to inform executive strategy.
