Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installation for the Plasma module within the RFAB facility. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently, improving system performance to meet process requirements and reduce repetitive downtime. Monitor and analyze tool data to maintain performance, coordinate supplier service when needed, and document technical findings with recommendations for solutions.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations for the Plasma module in RFAB.
•Interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
•Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downtime.
•Monitor and analyze related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address tool issues.
•Coordinate supplier service and repairs as needed and prepare technical reports with recommendations.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older.
•2 years of semiconductor technician experience OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
•Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
•Flexible to work day or night shifts including one weekend shift and holidays.
•Proficiency with vacuum systems, RF systems, gas delivery systems, electrical systems, or plasma etch processes and wafer handling.
