•Oversee regulatory compliance and AML/CTF controls; act as main point of contact with regulatory bodies in Germany and law enforcement, including SAR submissions
•Implement and maintain a financial crime and regulatory compliance risk management framework; conduct risk assessments and audits
•Develop, maintain and implement local compliance policies and procedures; collaborate with senior management on product/strategy implications
•Prepare and submit detailed regulatory reports to senior management and authorities, summarising key findings and metrics
•Design and deliver regular training programs to foster a culture of compliance and ensure staff understand obligations

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 124,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory and financial crime compliance, preferably within the financial services or payments industry
•Proven track record of successfully managing regulatory relationships and compliance programs
•In-depth knowledge of German and EEA AML/CTF regulations, and an understanding of the latest trends and challenges in the field
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in reviewing complex transactions and identifying red flags
•Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous
