Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and monitor wet utility infrastructure works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
  • •Supervise wet utility construction including water transmission/distribution, potable water pipelines, irrigation networks, stormwater drainage, foul sewer networks, pumping stations, and associated structures.
  • •Witness and verify testing activities including pressure testing, leakage/hydrostatic testing, CCTV inspections, flushing, disinfection, and commissioning.
  • •Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain accurate site records, including inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • •Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Utility Engineers, Contractors, Authorities, and Client representatives, and support as-built records and final inspections/handovers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of construction supervision and inspection experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in wet utility infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience in water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, and utility corridor projects.
  • •Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, and other UAE utility authority requirements (advantage).
  • •Familiarity with utility testing and commissioning procedures and the ability to read engineering drawings and utility profiles.
