Job Summary

Configure and enhance the Orbit case processing system by translating business requirements into updated case layouts and business-process workflows. Perform functional and regression testing of Orbit case layouts and process flows, release fully tested solutions into production, and support test automation as time allows. Maintain customer-facing correspondence in AEM Forms Designer, and use ServiceNow for incident intake, triage, and escalation within established SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn and use Orbit’s admin interface to build, maintain, and enhance software configurations.
•Gather and refine requirements from business partners and update case layouts and business-process workflows.
•Create process maps and visual claim flow diagrams, including data field reorganization and workflow gates/actions.
•Conduct functional/regression testing of Orbit case layouts and process flows and release tested solutions to production.
•Maintain AEM Forms Designer templates and handle ServiceNow incident intake, triage, resolution, and escalation to on-shore engineers.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in quality/configuration work.
•Hands-on experience with functional and regression testing, including test automation.
•Experience designing business process flows and managing case/workflow updates in a case-processing application.
•Strong process mapping and UX/UI-informed case layout work with high attention to detail.
•Working knowledge of JSON (Orbit configuration files exported/imported in JSON) and incident response/triage in ServiceNow.
