Key Responsibilities

•Own PLG and self-serve paid performance marketing strategy across B2B and B2C audiences, driving acquisition, activation, and revenue growth objectives.
•Develop paid acquisition roadmaps using growth goals, audience insights, experimentation learnings, and funnel performance trends.
•Evaluate ROI and efficiency metrics (including CAC, LTV, and marginal returns) to guide budget shifts and scaling decisions across channels.
•Manage end-to-end paid channel/platform execution and reporting across affiliates, paid social, display, native, programmatic, app store marketing, and creator partnerships.
•Build and use AI agents and automated workflows to accelerate execution and reporting, and translate performance data into optimization and experimentation recommendations.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of performance marketing, growth marketing, or user acquisition experience with meaningful PLG and/or self-serve exposure.
•Hands-on experience across paid channels, including affiliates, paid social (Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn), and app/consumer-focused channels.
•Strong experience supporting product-led or self-serve go-to-market motions in SaaS or consumer technology.
•Proven track record improving user acquisition, trial growth, and self-serve revenue through paid channels.
•Deep understanding of PLG funnel dynamics, free-to-paid conversion optimization, and experimentation in B2B and B2C contexts.
