Job Summary

Senior cross-functional partner bridging Tech and Finance to define global tech strategies, govern enterprise projects, and deliver value through roadmaps and governance across Finance, Indirect Procurement and Legal. You’ll collaborate with GBPO, PMOs and C-levels to align initiatives with business priorities, leveraging ERP, EPM, data platforms and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Define Global Tech strategies for functions in scope and partner with Finance, Procurement and Legal at global and regional levels to understand initiatives and priorities
•Transform strategies into comprehensive roadmaps, programs and projects including discovery and business case definitions
•Provide inputs to projects ideation and demands delivery, ensuring completeness of discovery and governance
•Implement governance for the portfolio of projects with Tech components to ensure stakeholder commitments is defined and reached
•Coordinate with Global ES, Regional ES and Enterprise Architecture to ensure appropriate scoping, opportunity analysis, and solution design and planning

Key Requirements

•10-15 years of professional experience as a Project Portfolio Manager, Senior Project Manager BRM, Business Partner, or in Consulting/Pre-sales
•Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and project portfolios with governance across global functions
•Experience with Enterprise Architecture and leading the governance of technology-enabled business initiatives
•Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus; strong written and verbal communication
•Higher education diploma in Information Systems or Business School, with relevant ERP/EPM/Procurement and Data Platform knowledge
