Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project work is completed according to safety policies and serve as a safety role model.
  • •Support engineering projects by determining customer needs, defining project scope, and assembling engineering package/project documentation.
  • •Coordinate purchasing for project materials, including reviewing vendors, issuing purchase orders, and expediting deliveries.
  • •Manage project costs and scheduling, communicate pertinent data, and complete project closeout and postmortem analysis.
  • •Apply thermoforming and equipment expertise to optimize cycle time, reduce scrap and energy use, and assist with installation, checkout, start-up, and training as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years’ engineering experience.
  • •Experience with the thermoforming process, including familiarity with thermoforming machine brands.
  • •Setup, troubleshooting, and quality inspection experience.
  • •Ability to create/review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software.
