Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion Zero Incident Safety Culture through EHS projects and site engagement.
  • •Assist MESH implementation, including MOC mentoring and using MESH tools to drive improvements.
  • •Support EHS data analysis, data management, reporting, and training; compile and analyze MESH data in Eaton’s Safety database.
  • •Investigate accidents and near misses, identify root causes, ensure corrective actions, and lead 8D for recordable accidents.
  • •Coordinate occupational safety and other training; support ergonomic improvement evaluations and emergency response planning/drills.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Bilingual: Spanish and English.
  • •1+ years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • •Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
