Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business-driven OKRs for the Endpoint Security & XDR line, including revenue contribution, win rate, platform attach, retention, and expansion.
  • •Set product strategy for the line and represent it with sales leadership, customers, and analysts through market diagnosis and coherent actions.
  • •Own the agentic detection and response strategy for endpoint, coordinating with SIEM and analytics so customers see one agentic platform.
  • •Decide where to invest versus not invest using data and customer evidence, and connect endpoint and XDR to the broader Elastic Security platform story.
  • •Lead and develop a team of product managers; partner with engineering on shared outcomes and participate in deals, win/loss reviews, and industry events (regular travel required).
